Juan started working in the restaurant business at the age of thirteen in Chicago. In 1996, Hernández moved to Georgia and began working in an Italian restaurant, where he learned to cook, and went on to work as a waiter in a Mexican restaurant.
His career has devolved within the Mexican cuisine and has become his passion. Juan has brought his experience to our restaurants and his talent and creativity makes our kitchen one of the most authentic and delicious in town. The success of his dishes is the use of fresh and local ingredients.
